One of the main reasons is that many of our under-privileged population are still un-educated and thousands of children are not getting even basic education. We still have not reached a level where garbage is not thrown in public places, where every single individual uses toilet, where entire population is getting pure drinking water. These situations make us think more about the kind of civilization we are living. It is a raising alarm for all of us to think and take necessary action about the same.
